For many years, I had great difficulty falling asleep or getting a good night's sleep. Over the past 2 years, I have tried various over-the-counter sleep aids as well as natural sleep aids. When I took the over-the-counter medicine, my sleep improved a little after the first few days of using the medicine, but I felt dizzy when I woke up or had strange sensations like sudden anxiety or strange chills. So after finding mediocre results with over the counter medications, i tried natural sleep supplements. Like the meds, the supplements made me sleepy the first few nights I tried them, but I didn't feel dizzy or weird. However, I had a strong negative experience with both the medication and the natural supplements - they only worked for a few days. If I took them for more than 2 nights in a row, the doses either didn't help me sleep or I couldn't sleep for more than a few hours even increasing the dose. However, I have seen a rebrand since using MagSoothe. I started trying the 7 day trial product and had great results right away. The first 3 nights in a row I fell asleep quickly and slept for at least another 5 hours. Also, I didn't feel any weird sensations during the night and I woke up more refreshed than with any medication or supplement I've tried before. So I ordered a bottle of the 60 day servings while still on the 7 day trial. For the first 2 nights of the 60 day product, I continued to fall asleep quickly and slept through most of the night. The next night, I didn't fall asleep as quickly and I didn't get as much sleep as the previous nights, but I still woke up refreshed and energized. To test this, I increased my MagSoothe dose a bit the last 2 nights and fell asleep faster again, waking up only briefly once or twice during the night and early morning. But even though my sleep isn't perfect, since using MagSoothe I feel fresher every morning than with any other product.
